Guidelines To Parents

  • Parents/Guardians are requested to co-operate with the school authorities. Parents must interact with the class teacher to seek information regarding their wards progress
  • Parents must sign the Late attendance record, absence record and the notes to parents which are sent by the teachers to them through the handbook
  • Parents must not encourage their wards to take leave to attend weddings, religious functions etc. during normal workings days.
  • Parents are expected to meet the Principal/Vice-Principal only during the specified time
  • It is the duty of the parents to attend each Open Day and take active and positive interest in the progress of their wards
  • Class wise Literary Association meetings every week, and whole school Literary Association meeting is conducted once in a month
  • Fee concession for the Toppers class-wise and section-wise.
  • Free note books & uniform to worthy students
  • Medical Certificate must be submitted for absence on medical grounds. Parents must ensure that their ward attends school on the re-opening dates
  • Any change of the address or mobile number should be informed to the school office without any delay

Rules For Students

  • Students are advised not to bring any valuable articles to school. Any damage caused must be paid for at the discretion of the Principal
  • Students are responsible for their own belongings
  • Any breach of discipline and above all, disrespect and disobedience to any staff will be treated seriously
  • Regular late coming, frequent absence, negligence in uniform and carelessness in studies will be viewed seriously
  • Handbook must be brought to school everyday, and students must take active part in all the Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular activities
  • Students must converse only in English
  • Boys must come in proper short hair cut
  • Girls with long hair must double-plait using white ribbons
  • Nails should be clipped and well-maintained, and students must bring spoons, napkins, hand towels and use the same to belit good table manners
  • Students must avoid spilling and wasting food
  • Students are prohibited from eating or chewing any eatables during class hours
  • Physical intimidation with classmates or schoolmates will be viewed seriously
